| 1. Members pay monthly dues, to support the
organization.
2. All members of the Artists' Co-op are responsible for
helping maintain the gallery by working a set number of hours per month.
This requirement may vary according to number of members and other
factors.
3. The Artists' Co-op retains a small commission on all
works sold to help maintain the gallery and other special exhibits and
programs of the Artists' Co-op.
4. Each member is asked to serve on one of the
organizational committees. Benefits of membership in the Artists' Co-op:
a. The opportunity to exhibit and sell your work at our
gallery and in
other special exhibits organized by the Artists' Co-op.
b. Gallery space available for individual exhibits, as schedule permits.
c. Admission to Artists' Co-op events (the Artists' Lecture Series,
workshops, etc.)
d. Promotion of members' work through media advertising, press
releases and radio.
e. Opportunities to interact and share your creative energies with
other artists.
f. The Co-op's nonprofit status provides opportunities for collaborative
projects with other groups.
g. Grants, corporate support and private donations benefit the Co-op
and its members.
